Education & Cultural Preservation

Honor the Treaty of 1864 (HTT) is dedicated to fostering knowledge-sharing opportunities that empower our people with a deeper understanding of their rights, history, and leadership potential. We believe that education is a powerful tool for reclaiming sovereignty, strengthening our communities, and ensuring our traditions thrive for future generations.

Coming Soon! Learning Hub & Resource Library

HTT is working to develop an online Learning Hub where tribal members can access self-paced courses, educational materials, and resources on topics such as treaty rights, Indigenous governance, and cultural preservation.

The Resource Library will include:
📚 Articles & legal documents on the Treaty of 1864 and Indigenous rights.
🎥 Video recordings of workshops for on-demand learning.
🛠️ Guides on mutual aid, community organizing, and self-sufficiency.

Through these efforts, HTT aims to create accessible learning opportunities that reconnect tribal members with their heritage and empower them to actively participate in the preservation of our culture and sovereignty.
